MANY OF THE OLDER MEMBERS OR NOW EX MEMBERS

Will know who this is, and perhaps over the coming days we will reveal the full story.

But if we were to mention a, safety deposit box, between 20,000 and 30,000 £s and a fraudulent claim against a high street bank.

Perhaps that will wet your interest.

North street cannot say they were not advised/warned

  3. Have heard several versions of this story, very odd really, did wonder why they wanted to hide the money in a safe deposit box though???

  4. This is a great development. Many of the older members or now ex members knew all about this financial wrong doing and did nothing against it at the time. Did'nt report it to the police, bank or any other authority.

Thats called conspiracy to conceal the facts where i come from.

Nice to know those older/ex members are fine, honest and upstanding citizens.

Imagine concealing information until you can use it for your own ends.

Presumably if these issues within barking had not arisen then this trustworthy bunch would have taken these secrets to their grave.

Well spill the beans please because everyone involved in or with knowledge of this deception will go down together.

    Good riddance to you all

  5. Dont get your knickers in a twist, wait till the whole story is told.

And anyway you are still running this person as a candidate.

That issue never arose before we are told.

  6. What do you mean the issue never arose before? People apparently knew of financial wrong doing and did nothing about it.

I presume by older/ex members you mean people like barnes, rush, agrawal, northover and wade.

Aren't these people running as trustworthy independents?

Oh editor what a tangled web you weave when first you practice to deceive.

I believe that the web is becoming more untangled with each passing comment.

    See you soon

  7. Once again anon you blast off in your arrogance without knowing any of the facts, and of course placing blame where it does not necessarily belong.

Of course the Police were involved you idiot!!!!! the Bank called them in from the start, but your candidate was/is foolish enough to keep the matter going.

And when you ask why it was never an issue before, well ask yourself, the true Barking Labour Party was not so stupid as to run this member as a candidate.

Still you have until noon tomorrow, but take a piece of advice before you start laying the charges against Independent candidates look a bit closer to home, your candidate lobbied an awful lot of people to support them during this time.

We are not the ones who are deceiving, remember that when your candidates fall flat on there faces when the truth comes out, and it certainly will not be good for Labour.

  8. if, as you say, the police were involved, and they did nothing, then, nothing untoward has happened, legally, has it?
Seems the four of you are at the pits again.
    Is this, not true?

  9. dear anon, have we said the police did nothing? once again your arrogance leads you by the nose.

We will choose the time when we put the full story out on this candidate and others, you cannot say you were not advised/warned to check the backgrounds of your candidates.

  10. why so agressive editor?

Editor states "And when you ask why it was never an issue before, well ask yourself, the true Barking Labour Party was not so stupid as to run this member as a candidate."

This is not about who stands the person as a candidate........You idiot!!!!! (sorry couldn't resist bringing myself down a level or 10 to your floor)

This is about the fact that you and several others knew/know the truth of this illegal matter and have failed to notify the authorities at the appropriate time.

Anyway talking of deception, I would suggest that one independent has been very deceptive in barking. Asking people for their support as an independent when she was still a very senior member of the party.

People were very suprised when asked and wanted it confirmed. The money they were taking under false pretences because they clearly have done nothing for labour over the last 9 months is tantamount to fraud.

    do you agree editor?

  11. Well Ive read the postings and Ive read the comments, and it looks to me as if the criticism is of the North Street mafia and their corrupt handling of the selection process.

Ive been a party member for many years in Dagenham thankfully, and this kind of thing would not have been allowed to go on there. Selecting candidates who try to commit a fraud, select candidates who allegedly owe the council £1000s in council tax or rent, is wrong.

But it looks to me as though the senior mafia know all about this and just dont care, arrogance is the word i would use as well.

So keep it coming on this blog, you are doing right by the residents of Barking.

    Dagenham member
